My Contributions

  • Project Leadership & Direction: Led the entire development of a VR boomer-shooter, managing a multidisciplinary team and defining both creative and technical direction.
  • Game Design Documents: Created professional design documents such as GDD, HCD, Pitch Deck, and more to guide development and communicate vision clearly.
  • Level Design & Player Progression: Designed the demo’s full level flow and progression, balancing pacing, difficulty curves, enemy placement, and encounter dynamics. Iterated the experience through continuous user testing to refine player guidance, combat rhythm, and environmental storytelling.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimized performance through texture atlases, mesh baking, occlusion culling, and geometry reduction, significantly increasing FPS.
  • Art & Technical Pipeline: Designed and produced the full art pipeline; 3D modeling, texturing, and custom Shader Graph VFX, defining the game's visual identity.
  • Public Showcases & Feedback: Showcased at EGS 2023, GCMX 2024, and Liverpool Gaming Fest 2025, earning positive feedback for its golden mechanic.
